No black box, no volume of CVs sent on spec. You always know where your search stands and why we are putting a particular person in front of you.

We start with a conversation, not a job description. Who is the team, what does success look like in the first year, and what kind of person tends to thrive with you. If we think the role is going to be hard to fill as written, we say so at this point rather than three weeks later.

We map the relevant market and approach people directly, including those who are not actively looking. Your company is represented carefully, because how a role is described to a strong candidate is often the reason they take the call.

You receive a shortlist with an honest assessment of each person, including our reservations. We would rather send you three candidates we believe in than thirty we do not, and we will tell you when we think someone is a stretch.

We stay close through offer, resignation and notice period, which is where most placements are lost. After the start date we check in with both sides, because a placement that does not last is not a placement.

It depends on seniority and how specific the stack is. Rather than quote you an average that means nothing for your role, we give you a realistic timeline at the briefing stage, based on how many people in Romania genuinely match the brief and how many are open to moving right now.

Salary expectations move quickly and vary a lot by stack, seniority and whether a role is on site, hybrid or remote. We benchmark your specific role against what candidates are actually accepting at the moment, and we will tell you if a band is going to make a search difficult before you commit to it.

Yes. A good share of the companies we speak to are hiring their first people in Romania. We can talk you through what the local market expects on salary, notice periods, working models and how candidates here compare roles, so your first offers land rather than get declined.

Bucharest is the largest tech market in the country and where most of our searches sit, but we also recruit in Cluj-Napoca, Timișoara, Iași and Brașov, and for fully remote roles anywhere in Romania.

We work on a success fee only. There is no retainer and no upfront cost: you pay once your hire actually starts, and nothing at all if we do not find the right person. The fee depends on the seniority and difficulty of the role, and it is agreed in writing before any search work begins.

Everything shared with us is treated as confidential and handled in line with GDPR. We do not circulate your hiring plans or salary bands, and we do not send a candidate's details anywhere without their agreement.
